As soon as there are at least three people, they should turn up the volume of whatever they are listening to right then by at least a third. (They might be listening on their devices, in their heads, in the distance, it doesn’t really matter.)
They should start working on and with each other under these amplified conditions until things take shape and texture accordingly, and their soundscapes morph into a soundtrack to what they will end up doing.
